All orders are delivered by our own employees and require the signature of the concerned party at time of delivery. If you are getting the package to an apartment building, please mention the complete details of your address on behalf of you as your representative If someone authorised by you signs for the package at the address provided by the customer, it will be termed prompt and correct delivery, and the collection of delivered items from the authorised person's possession shall be the responsibility of the customer. We do suggest your work address as the shipping address if no one is going to be available to sign for the package at your home.
